We lavish the same care and attention on the materials that we use with your cushions, selecting only the finest quality feathers, zips, cotton and lining material.
Send us your cushion specification with details of quantities, sizes and fabrics used, so we can give you an accurate quote and a time-frame. We may ask for additional information at this stage to ensure the project runs smoothly.
Once you have confirmed the order you can send us your fabrics. We are happy to receive these directly from the fabric supplier, but they should be clearly marked with your name and project reference to avoid any delays.
Once we have received all your fabrics and trims, your order will be processed onto our system and we will begin work on your project. At this stage we may contact you with other queries to ensure we fully understand all your instructions.
Once all the cushion covers are completed, we enter the final stage of crafting the made-to-measure inners to guarantee a perfect fit. The completed cushions are then sent to you, ready for use in your project.
